Celery

Celery is a plant that has changed little from its wild origins. High in dietary fiber, it is often popular with dieters, but tastes great with peanut butter. Celery is harvested when the outer petiole is not less than 10″ and should be free of bowing or twisting. Celery should be crisp, tender and straight.

Fresh Kist and Byrd labels are available. Weights and counts may vary by label or style.
